Bending Over Backwards

Panda Cub Makes His Debut at National Zoo

Even in dark times, there is something about this panda cub that can make me smile. I highly recommend that you watch the video to see Tai Shan (or Butterstick, as Wonkette would prefer we call him) play for the cameras.

Has there been any follow-up stories regarding what people did or didn't do to get tickets to see the panda cub? It would be interesting to see if those desperate or greedy people actually followed through.

There's been follow-up--from the National Zoo! Responding to all the ticket schemes, it said that to get in with the free tickets that were given away within two hours a few weeks ago, you have to prove that the person who actually got the tickets is among the people using them. So selling them outright on eBay, or giving them away in exchange for a blow job, is no longer a viable option. Now you've got to blow the ticketholder AND see the panda with him. Which is just like a date, but in reverse order...
